"Once we made the decision to buy our awning from Primrose, the whole procedure was a matter of a few days. Placing the order was very easy; not all sites are genuinely "user - friendly", Primrose's was. The delivery firm driver was polite and very helpful. The 4.5 metre awning comes in a pack which is nearly 5 meters long, and the driver brought it into our hallway all on his own! The instructions, both in the box and onthe website, were very clear and easy to follow. The little video was useful too. When the day dawned for us to get the awning in place, we had no real problems. You just need a very good drill and an accurate way of getting the levels right. We took about 3 hours from start to finish; our awning is on a first floor balcony, so a certain amount of thought and care was needed to get it up to that level. The adjusting procedure needs patience and a calm day, but it was still a lot easier than we had imagined! Since then, of course, it has been very windy and it has rained seemingly without end...but Primrose can't be blamed for the weather! The colour we chose - terracota - is very striking. There are even veins of darker colour, a sprt of marbling, which gives a finish we had not expected and is in our opinion very stylish. So, would we recommend Primrose to you? Yes, without any reservations whatsoever."
