"The instructions were not as clear as they could be and it took me a little while to figure out how the seems slot the panels together, but once I'd done so it was quite easy to assemble. The only problem once assembled was that the lid didn't close flat and therefore the wind could lift it in bad weather. I fitted a hasp in order to prevent this and I'm pleased with composter now. You do need to be careful of the sharp edges inside the ventilation holes and the instructions did mention this I think. As drilled the front corner angle pieces cannot be bolted at all three points because the angle of the side and front panels when assembled is >90 degrees, so you end up with a couple of bolts left over but this doesn't really affect functionality in any way. The lifting of the lid is due to the method of fabrication as far as I could tell but fitting a hasp solves the problem and only takes 5 minutes. It didn't come with any compost making instructions, which I thought it would do for recommending best results but as long as you mix carbon and nitrogen evenly it should produce good results. I'm pleased with it and the delivery service anyway."
