"We installed this today but need to employ an electrician to connect it to the mains, so haven't seen it working yet. It comes with a European two pin plug so I will ask the electrician to change it to a three pin plug. The hanging mechanism leaves a lot to be desired: it's simply a bit of rope to hang the fountain on a wall hook, like hanging a picture. Apart from seeming insufficient an in secure, the fountain kicked out at the top and wasn't flush with wall. We rectified this by drilling two screws through the front of the fountain, one either side of the face, so that it is secured better to the wall. The moulding is good, better than expected. Looking forward to seeing it in operation now."

"Bit premature as have not yet seen fountain playing, would point out though that the cord attachment to hang it by was clearly quite inadequate for the eventual weight of feature (plus water) and I had to substitute it with a sturdy chain. Advice on appropriate illumination would also have been very useful. Have now worked that out for myself and am looking forwards to seeing it all wired up and working. Bit disappointed also that pump provided cant be regulated to control speed of flow. That being said delivery was prompt, item securely packed and it certainly looks lovely. True to web image and description."
